The Wooden Legs Brewing Company is developing their brewpub at 309 5th Street in Brookings (on the north side of 5th Street across from the Brookings Register). According to Seth Koch, CEO, they plan to open this fall before Hobo Day. The facility will have seating for 100 people and estimates brewing 350 barrels of beer yearly. The site is the former location of NorthWestern Energy. The brewpub received unanimous approval by the planning commission and now moves to the city council for a vote.
