Peach Porch Lounger is a new offering from New Belgium. It is a strong and tasty saison-style beer. Most good beers have a good story and here is the story of Peach Porch Lounger according to Beer Pulse – “The beer will be part of the brewery’s Lips of Faith series and will tentatively be called Front Porch Peach Lounger after a song on G. Love’s 2004 album “The Hustle” called “Front Porch Lounger.” [...] The brew will contain ingredients that sing the blues, the Jersey Peaches, molasses, grits and biscuit malt,” Dutton said in an email. “We will brew with brettanomyces yeast, and the beer will be bottled in a 22 oz. bottle, have a 9.4 alcohol content and feature a beautiful hand-drawn label.”
